Seafood

Its seafood night at work. We will go through dozens of cases of crab legs I'm told. I've also been told that huge groups of Hmong come in about an hour before closing and literally stack there plates a foot high with oysters. Strange. It's supposed to be the craziest night of the week. Well, a new guy started in the kitchen last night so I'm not the low guy on the totem pole anymore. Oops, I shouldn't say that at work. Low guy on the uh, traditional white man pole.
