OK, I'm Back

Well, I think things went pretty well on the line. I was on fryer station. In addition to running the fryers you do the french onion soup, the crab cakes...well a bunch of stuff. It looks like it could be pretty hectic. I was training in with Lori which was good. She's a super nice middle-aged lady that everyone calls 'Mom'. It should be pretty challenging when I have to work it myself. I'm at French Quarter tonight, I'm supposed to be working with Chappy on culinary school stuff. It should be fun.
