Ben, some guesses based on nothinG:
1- Carousel of Progress
2- Dumbo
3- 1.2 million

As hard as I tried not to look at Jenny's answers, My eyes just wouldn't cooperate. Even though I believe she has a better answer for number one, I'm going to stick with mine just out of fairness.
1-It's a Small World
2-Space Mountain
3-$50,000
It just seems like It's a Small World was once used in a Worlds Fair. Dumbo might have the slowest moving line. I'm pretty sure it does, but it can't be the longest total wait. I believe the longest wait time I've ever seen was for Space Mountain, so I'm going with that. My theory is that almost nobody actually watches the fireworks. They are all too busy fighting to get on the last couple of rides before the park closes thinking that everyone else is just watching the fireworks. I believe that Disney must realize this too, and would not spend too heavily on something nobody is going to see.
