Deadwood Again

Season 2 of Deadwood is out on MVP at Hollywood Video so I've started slogging through it. Why? I guess I have to.
The funny thing about the show is after I watch a couple episodes I get moments like today when my chef walked into the kitchen while I was preparing some banquet stuff.

Chef: How we doing?

Me: I toil on at an unabated pace.

Chef: What?

Me: There have been no exteraneous interruptions in my progress thus far.

Chef: What?

Me: I'm fine.
