I just love helping people so I was thrilled to be recognized by Google as the Internets premiere expert on
how to tighten a tread on a treadmill. But just in case anyone missed it, let me do a refresher course.
- Notice that the tread needs to be tightened on your treadmill. This usually results after a "flailing accident".
- Do nothing but act bitter for a couple days. You would be in great shape if only things would go your way!
- Mention it to your dad.
- Your dad tightens the tread using one of those funny wrenches shaped like an 'L'.
- Your dad keeps the wrench in a manilla envelope, along with the owners manual, in the black filing cabinet.
And that's really all there is to it.

Ben-If you're going to tell people how to correctly tighten the tread on a treadmill, then you need to know the right color of the filing cabinet---it's dark green, not black.
it's an allen wrench ;)
- It helps if you're not color blind.
- Ignore helpful comments from smart-ass girl.
No wonder I couldn't find my allen wrench.
Jenny, It's in the back of the black filing cabinet.
YF
